UNOPENED ITEMS
Returns are accepted for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging and original condition.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
For returns that are not due to an error by KOREAHUBUS or a defective/damaged product, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and return shipping cost. Any applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
OPENED ITEMS
Due to the collectible nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, assembled, transformed, or removed from their original sealed packaging are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind or buyer preference.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us verify the condition of the shipment and product, please provide:
• Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
• Photos clearly showing the product and reported issue
• Photos of the product packaging
• An unboxing video and/or photos taken when the package was first opened, when available
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from before the shipping package is opened until the product is inspected, especially for collectible products. This documentation may be required to evaluate claims involving shipping damage, missing contents, or product condition.
After reviewing the information provided, KOREAHUBUS will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, return, or another remedy as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned products must include the original product, packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original and return shipping charges for buyer-remorse returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
