KOREAHUBUS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Many products sold by KOREAHUBUS are original Korean retail releases. Product packaging, manuals, labels, and other printed materials may therefore be in Korean unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KOREAHUBUS INC. reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Orders are shipped only to destinations currently supported by KOREAHUBUS.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@koreahubus.com and follow the procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

The Services and their original content, including our store design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials owned or licensed by KOREAHUBUS INC., are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

KOREAHUBUS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and KOREAHUBUS INC.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by KOREAHUBUS and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or providing customer service for purchases from KOREAHUBUS, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or Shopify's own obligations.
