SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. SHIPPING
KOREAHUBUS INC. currently ships within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.).
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
SHIPPING RATES
• Orders of $50 or more: FREE Standard Shipping
• Orders under $50: $5 Standard Shipping
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@koreahubus.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us at support@koreahubus.com as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, product packaging, and product, as well as other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
